The apartment is located on the 6th floor in a building with an elevator, 250 meters from the beach and also from the amazing new promenade. We especially love it in the morning, when the multi-lane promenade is an ideal place for sports - in-line skating or running along the tartan section. We recommend walks at sunset.
The apartment is made up of three rooms facing south, all with a direct view of the sea.
The spacious living room has 2 comfortable sofas, which can be arranged to create a spacious bed. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Cooking in our spacious kitchen will be fun. Buy fish at the nearby fishmonger, fresh bread can be obtained at the bakery on Rruga Pavaresia.
The bathroom has a new barrier-free shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The bright bedroom is connected to a terrace with a sea view
The 250 m distant beach is sandy with a gradual entry into the sea. It is ideal for families with children, swimmers and non-swimmers. In the summer the sea is wonderfully warm and you can spend hours in it. In the season you can relax on rented sun loungers with an umbrella (500-1000 Leke), or go to the nearby public part of the beach, out of season the whole beach is free. You can also rent pedal boats or a jet ski here.
The apartment is on the sixth floor of an Albanian house, where mostly Albanian old-timers live. We have excellent relations with everyone, and we look forward to seeing each other every season.
Near our apartment, on the busy Rruga Pavaresia, you will find restaurants, cafes, shops, exchange offices and all services. Not far from us is a bus stop, from which you can take a bus to the center (40 Lek). Or taxis are waiting everywhere on Rruga Pavaresia, which will be happy to take you wherever you want.
